I didn't schedule an appointment with Radiology today. I am in so much pain. Too add to my pain is walking. So I parked near the pharmacy entrance and rurn right for Radiology. No on is there to register patients. Instead you have to walk all the way to register 1c. Why Kaiser? There were three employees there. Why no have one working the desk at Radiology? The staff from check-in to your doctor level were very detailed and thorough with instructions. To our Optometrist that day, “Thank you for also following up with patient check-in and making the time to meet us in the hallway during your renovation as it could get confusing and patients can get lost roaming around”. I call this, “Exceptional Customer Service!”. Great Work to all staffs present on going the extra miles to ease our care!
