Dr Finn is a wonderful kind Dr who listens and cares and is professional. I cannot say enough she makes my medical experiences easy to get through.
The service is horrible, you feel like you being treated like cattle when you go there. The phone tree takes AI to get through. It is too much, they continue to blame it on the COVID crisis, how many years ago was that? Maybe need new management or better way to manage patient care.
