Wasted an hour of my life walking in for a strep test. Ultimately left as it seemed no one would come out to get me.
I didn't schedule an appointment with Radiology today. I am in so much pain. Too add to my pain is walking. So I parked near the pharmacy entrance and rurn right for Radiology. No on is there to register patients. Instead you have to walk all the way to register 1c. Why Kaiser? There were three employees there. Why no have one working the desk at Radiology?
