Me and my wife just came from our son’s appointment at this facility this morning. We were seen by Maria Serrano from Outpatient Lactation Services. She was very rude, aggresive and condescending. Asking my wife questions, just to cut her off mid sentence and respond with a rude and loud response. We felt very uncomfortable and request that we will not be seen or treated again by Maria Serrano.
