The staff from check-in to your doctor level were very detailed and thorough with instructions. To our Optometrist that day, “Thank you for also following up with patient check-in and making the time to meet us in the hallway during your renovation as it could get confusing and patients can get lost roaming around”. Christina Wen Ching, MD is hands down the best Pediatric doctor I could of found for my kids. She responds to messages at all hours, works on her breaks, and really just cares for my kids like no other. I REALLY APPRECIATE HER.

Worst service of all medical offices in sacramento area. They called on the day of to cancel my appoinment after being scheduled for a month because of some scheduleing error. Had to wait another week for another appointment. I show 10 minutes late and they can't see me after they made me wait more than a month.
