I don't know if this is normal, but I had the worst experience here the other day. I had a time-sensitive urine test that I tried to get done there after a doctor's appointment. However, there was a sign on the door saying that specifically on that day (the actual date was on the sign), the lab was closing two hours early at 4:00 which I had missed.
