Multiple different times I've shown up for scheduled PT appointments to be told that they were cancelled and I had been notified. No email, no call, nothing in the KP portal. They act like this is my fault. While I'm waiting an extra 45 mins to be seen, as if this is some great favor from the staff to accommodate the meeting that they cancelled and failed to notify me of, another woman came in for an appointment and was told her appointment was cancelled weeks ago.
