Getting from handicapped parking to lobby is a long slog through direct sunlight across their courtyard, making fetching wheelchairs or using a walker more tedious than usual. Seems like a glaring oversight for a place that exists to serve that population.
This place is very accessible considering it's on a long, industrial street and tucked in between several freeways. I can only speak to the physical therapy services here and like all other Kaiser services, it was acceptable and helpful, but not great by any means. They were consistently late in calling us back by 10-15 minutes each time, not horrible, but room for improvement.
