Pharmacy staff were very quick and efficient. Came to pick up a prescription from my dentist and they found it right away. I really didn't think it would be that easy!
Urgent care is quick if you get there before about 8:40am. Otherwise you'll wait hours and half the time they tell you to go the ER. Ill go to Sharpe Memorial ER or just die before Kaiser's ER. Unless you have 6-8 hours to wait. How that can call it an emergency room with a 6 hour wait is hilarious. But they don't care, keep raking in the cash
Text reminder for my visit Computer check in, prompt entry to exam room. Nurse are always friendly and calm. The doctor saw me 6 minutes after the nurse. Doctor was not rushed, and was caring and inquisitive. I left the office with a printout of the recommendations. Very efficient
