I have been to a lot of pharmacies in my life. This pharmacy, at Kaiser Rancho Bernardo, is always efficient and fast and the staff is consistently kind.
This pharmacy has been very hit and miss. The first few times I have gone there the experience has been very smooth and pleasant. When I went in today to pick up some meds for an ear infection the staff was extremely rude. They didn’t have the medication I needed from the doctor. I asked for it to be transferred. I was met with a lot of attitude from the staff. It was all unnecessary and overall a very unpleasant experience.
I have always found the staff to be courteous and helpful.
Very accommodating and kind. I went there to pickup my mom's prescription and they were able to fill it early and double the quantity of her prescription to cut down on my travel. Very nice technicians that did not give me any hassle.
The worst pharmacy and pharmacists. Rude, unprofessional and Absolut horrible customer service.
