I've always had very quick, friendly service. Parking lot always seems to be pretty full but not an issue.

I came in and checked in at 5:25 to pick up an urgent medication for my daughter. I went To window 4 and was told to wait 20 mins. The TV monitor inside the pharmacy was not working. The outside monitor is broken. Anyways i went to check in after 25 mins and to my astonishment i was Told by the rep at Window that my earlier order was not processed. The pharmacy closes at 6 pm And they asked me to wait YET again. What is Kaiser doing with all my premium that I m paying. Poor customer service TBH

Worst pharmacy in the area, please either ship to your house or pick up your medication elsewhere. I had to get an antibiotic for a very sick baby with pneumonia, they told me all their systems were down and can only provide it in two days. I asked if any other pharmacy can fulfill it and they said no. I told them I wasn’t leaving without the medication because it was urgent, they told me to come back in an hour. Check in line and pick up line are confusing and ineffective when there are only one or two people working at the pick up counter. You wait for your turn just to find out someone else who came after you will be served first. Just have one line to make matters simple!
