The customer service is horrible and they’re thieves. My dads personal belongings went missing, given away to a supposed family member which wasn’t true. And now we’ve gotten the run around and my dads gone, he passed away in their hands. And there’s no sympathy from them except nothing but rudeness and no help!

Nurses are mean and people pay a lot of money for membership and the horrible service they get is unacceptable. Both my grandparents were admitted and they both said the same thing. If your a nurse show kindness. These people pay for you to have a job. I definitely would not recommend Kaiser to anyone.

Is Kaiser Permanente following a policy of not performing resuscitation on Covid patients? We have a friend of the family in her early 30s in an induced come due to Covid complications. Family was told by docs that they will not resuscitate Covid pts. Is this policy widely known? Are patients families being given the opportunity to revoke this policy for their loved ones? My mom is an ICU we are calling from out of State to ask for my mom updates, she is dying and her nurse Eli told other nurse to get the updates from my brother, which he has not even call my brother for any updates, lock of empathy, Eli is a horrible human being

worst medical service ever! They didn't want to listen to my significant other about an infection in his mouth let alone believe him either. Now it's Gotten worse! and all this could have been prevented if something was done 2 days ago what I am more livid about is basically the ER doctor was annoyed, rude and made it feel like he was a big Inconvenience to her night if we were such a big inconvenience then why work the ER? horrible service today. my daughter went in for her 37 week ov/gyn checkup and had her 1 year old daughter with her. the front end receptionist told her she can't take her daughter into the room with her and proceeded to tell her its not her problem she didn't have a babysitter. rude as hell! she hasn't had an in person appt in months and she's not about to leave a 1 year old in the hallway! thank you to the supervisor for fixing that situation but shame on the way they speak to people. you ight want to teach your personnel ... read more

I have been here the past 4 days receiving treatment/surgery for a compound fracture and lacerations my right elbow and left hand respectively. The staff has been absolutely amazing! They are caring, helpful and friendly. I can't say enough great things about them! Even the hospital food and delivery staff was great! Thank you kaiser Fontana staff!
