Kaiser has the worst customer service. They are always on strike. They do not care about their patients and have no compassion for the disabled. When they are on strike, nothing is open, the phone lines are off. You can not speak to anyone at the pharmacy. The perscriptions take weeks to be done, and its always a complete problem trying to get my disabled daughters epilepsy medications. I do not recommend Kaiser. The worst insurance company we have ever used.
The remodeling looks fantastic: the space is clean, modern, and clearly updated. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by an extremely frustrating process. I waited 2 hours and 36 minutes, which is unacceptable. There was a clear lack of streamlined communication between KP and Priority Urgent Care. The medication prescribed for me was for a common URI, and I am not diabetic.
