Dr. Kim was both pleasant, professional, and aware of my upcoming surgery. His examination was thorough and his initial diagnosis seems reasonable. His decision to delay a biopsy, in order to avoid an open wound during my upcoming surgery, was disappointing but clearly made with my well-being in mind - thank you Dr. Kim. AFTER calling Advice, less than an hour later I was in Dr. Dennis Diokno's office in which his nurse expertly and personably did all the pertinent preliminaries followed by Dr. Diokno's detailed, thorough examination. His communications featured listening, careful explanations, followup prescription, written instructions for physical therapy, xrays, next day lab result, and a referral to a specialist if the outcome results in no improvement.
