The GI procedure went perfectly from the time I arrived, until I was ready to go home. When the nurse prepping me, covered me with warmed blankets, I felt like I was at a spa.
This is my first time with Kaiser Permanente Senior Advantage and my primary care provider is Dr. Paz. The doctor was not only knowledgeable but also very compassionate. She took the time to listen carefully to both me and my daughter, addressing all of our concerns with patience and understanding. It made us feel truly heard and supported during the entire visit.
