Jennie the blonde nurse with tattoos from Pediatrics was one of the worst nurses we ever had. She was rude and unhelpful when she was taking care of my baby, and I felt that she should not be around other children.
Our first time at pediatrics in this Kaiser location and was an overall great experience! Seriously! Best experience was Dr. Dang! I like his name haha. If I read his name tag correctly, it's doctor Chuong Dang. Very friendly upbeat nice doctor! He was so funny, he spoke to my son just as much as he spoke to me. Very thorough and reassuring. My daughter was recently admitted into Peds ICU. Let me tell you if it weren't for of course God and the WONDERFUL doctors, and nurses, my daughter wouldn't be here today. They are truly beyond amazing! Their expertise, knowledge, empathy, caring, personable & friendly personalities, exceed expectations! They will all hold a place in my heart. True definition of angels in scrubs.
