I did not have to wait at all before being shown to exam room. Everyone from students, nurses to doctor were very friendly and knowledgeable. The intern addressed my concerns and wrote me a prescription to try for my migraines. Got prescription filled within 10 minutes at pharmacy right there. Love the one stop shop.
Kaiser Parkside is amazing love their doctors love the ease of everything in one spot. I never wait long for anything. I have been using this facility for 6 years and never had an issue.
The staff at Kaiser Permanente Parkside Medical Offices is amazing. I have been treated so respectfully and seen so promptly that I have to remind myself that they are actually medical providers! I must give a special shout-out to the staff in the sleep study department. I have never been treated better! If you are a Kaiser member I strongly recommend the Parkside staff (including those in the pharmacy, too)!
In for annual flu shot. Waiting room was nice and clean. No wait, no pain. Lady giving the shot was professional and friendly. Very pleasant experience.
