Thank you to Dr. Joon Whui Kim, the anesthesiologist, the nurses who were on duty on October 15, and the entire team. I was very scared and crying before my procedure, and everyone treated me with kindness, patience, and understanding. They stayed by my side, remained calm and professional, and helped me feel safe when I was feeling very vulnerable. I’m truly grateful for the care and support I received. It meant so much to me.

Just came back from the ER. These people working here I want to greet first. From nurses to the security and from doctors to the front desk, you are amazing and I love you. My experience was like I wisited my family. Great to meet you all tonight!
