Withholding therapy appointments as punishment for filing a complaint for not being able to get a therapy appointment manager is cruel beyond belief. It’s a big joke to him to choose and pick who has access to mental health care. after hour call center is terrible and rude
In 2019 I had the displeasure of working with Brian Kellog and I must say it was one of my worst experiences to date working with anybody in the mental heath field. Completely unprofessional, making side remarks about other patients under his care in an attempt to be cool or approachable. Lack of communication. There's no reason you should be texting your patients.
