Dr. Gentile is the doctor I trust the most at Kaiser. He is easy to talk to and always takes the time to listen and fully understand the issue. He always gives me extra info so I can make a well researched decision. I love Dr. Gentile and wish he wasn’t just a podiatrist lol.
Patty and Erica on the 5th floor were fantastic! I love Kaiser, but sometimes care gets complicated when you’re travelling in a different state. I needed some labs done whilst on a business trip, and no one can figure it out. That wasn’t going to stop Patty! She took the time to understand what I needed, made some calls, and like magic sorted out my problem. Great service from the fifth floor!
You have no signs for vaccines. Poor routing, lack of stations or markers once I found the correct room.
I have been seeing Josh Raskoff as my PT for over a year (back issues, a torn ACL) and he has been phenomenal. He is truly present during my visits, making my time and input feel valuable. The check-in process was easy and efficient, I was seen on time. And the doctor was very engaging, clear with the what was happening with each step of the tests, and just very friendly overall. I had high expectations, and she exceeded them.
