This is the Best Hospital I have been to and the only place I go for care. They know what there doing and treat you well.
Dr. Akashi was truly a professional on giving explanation of the procedure both, before and after. I was totally confident I was in good care. The doctor was clear on the procedure and I had all the information needed. The nurses and assistants were great too. While getting a colonoscopy is not the most fun one can have, the people there made it easier. Thank you Dr. Akashi and after I came home the Dodgers won game six!
They called me before the appointment to make sure everything was fine and then they contacted me the day before and the day of! I was gonna get annoyed but I had to think if they did not do that I would probably not be happy! I appreciated all the attention that your staff and doctors and nurses provided! As always I rate Kaiser above the moon!
