Been going for 25 yr if you had a problem they'll take care of it
They “lost” my tests. I wasn’t aware anything was wrong as they said that they would call me if there is a medical issue. I never received a call so I assumed I was fine. Came here recently to get my regular check up and am only now finding out that I have a life threatening disease. If they didn’t lose my test results 8 months ago, I would’ve been able to start treatment sooner. I’m not mad just sad that the mistake was made on me as this may cost my life.
EDIT: nurses were Maricel and Swan!! I hope this gets to the right people! I had a colonoscopy scheduled 3/31. I was terrified and crying. The nursing staff, doctor, anesthesiologist and especially a specific nurse I can’t remember her name made me feel supported. I had never had medical staff like them before make me feel so safe. Best thing was it was all women!!!. First one failed as I wasn’t “clean” enough. Went for round 2 again on 4/1.
