I’ve never been treated worse by a Kaiser group, I could tell this poor treatment was because of skin color by the way I was talked to by some of the “professionals” behind the reception desk.
Sarah Robison was my doctor and her tact was just horrible. extremely passive aggressive and belittling, Her unprofessional behavior is honestly disgusting.
