Very professional, friendly, and helpful. An exceptional MD and staffs.
They put profit over people. Just horrible horrible wait times for phone services, for in person appointments, never enough staff at the pharmacy or for anything. Why make all that money and not even have enough staff to provide decent care. Had this insurance for decades through dependent/work and they are what makes the healthcare industry despicable.
The CT tech was very professional and friendly. He is extremely good at what he does and he put me at ease by his demeanor and presence. Thank you.
My wife Teresa had recent knee replacement surgeries at San Leandro / Oakland Kaiser facilities and wrote this review: My whole experience with both of my knee replacement surgeries thus far has been amazing. These are the first surgeries I have had ( with the exception of a tonsillectomy at 3) , and from the initial visit through the recovery process everyone has been professional, courteous and caring. Your protocol for the knee replacement is excellent.
Dr Vora and his staff make me feel safe and well cared for.
