Dr. Chistensen was efficient and provided very helpful information about my health generally. He listened to my concerns and I did not feel rushed to leave. He is also responsive via messenger. I had a great experience during my annual check up.
My experience was better than anyone could have imagined! I felt some relief after my session and a week later my back still feels better. My back is in chronic pain and the Acupuncture treatments are about the only thing that is helpful. The Acupuncture person, Diana Lee Kobland is professional, kind and very caring. I recommend her and this wonderful department. Just as Jonas Salk eradicated polio, it will be Diana that eradicates back pain.
Dr.Kim has always taken the time to listen to my concerns and questions. He has always responded to my kp messages in a timely manner. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the care and treatment I receive from Dr. Kim and his staff, always friendly, kind and compassionate.
