Had tests done at the lab and tech was extremely rude even after I gave her benefit of the doubt. I’ve had several bad encounters with Kaiser for years and this was the last time I’ll ever trust them with healthcare. She was condescending and gave me vague instructions then got upset when I kindly asked her a question. I understand healthcare can create a lot of burnout but it’s unreasonable to treat people like this especially when they don’t feel well.
No more Xray machine here. Did you sell it?! And Apparently only one nurse can give injections- she didn’t show up this week so no flu shots… give me the needle I’ll do it myself!! They seem to be less and less at this clinic
I needed to be seen sooner than my usual doctor was available, so I scheduled a visit at Northshore Medical Center with a physician assistant. The whole visit was quick and easy, and both the medical assistant and PA were very clear on explaining each step of the appointment. I left with a clear treatment plan and possible next steps (if needed). I love that I can be seen by anyone if one of my usual doctors isn’t available, and how kind and respectful everyone on the team is.
Dr. Hadi is such a wonderful doctor. I appreciate the knowledge he brings to each appointment. He takes time to listen and answer any questions I may have, makes suggestions and makes sure I understand everything before leaving. I am very happy with my doctor.
Great service from the reception, labs ,pharmacy all medical staff are very good and very professional
