They will no longer take my phone calls. If you work in the cannabis industry in Colorado Kaiser will refuse to care for you psychiatrically. I pay near $500 a month in premiums from the marketplace and they refuse to serve me.
Very friendly and helpful staff member, Michelle, quickly assisted me and gave me all of the information I was requesting for my upcoming appointment.
There's always at least 1 or 2 miserable departments that treat patients like trash. Coverage is pointless. This is just a revolving door for doctors to get required experience before moving on. Kaiser does not care about people just money.
This location is for support services not clinical care. I had the opportunity to work with those onsite and they were great to work with.
