2-hour wait for urgent care visit is completely unheard of unless you go to Kaiser for medical care. Forced to go here for insurance, I will be changing my insurance this year. Check in, told it’d be an hour, I sat for nearly 2-hours and people that came in after me got in before me. Kaiser is ridiculous. One of the many reasons insurance companies/healthcare companies are under scrutiny.
I was feeling sick for a week so I went and I had a great time talking to the urgent care doctor.
This was our first time back to using KP For our insurance and 17 years. Both urgent care visits on January 10 and 11 were an excellent welcome back to this community. We were treated so well from the moment we were checked in. We were offered water, hot or cold packs even by the gentlemen checking us in! From the moment I arrived at urgent care, to the moment I left, everything was just perfect. The staff were fast, polite and caring. I saw 5 different staff in total to get different things done and every single one of them were just great. I honestly can't fault anything about my visit. My whole experience was just awesome 10/10
