I had to wait over 2 hours to be seen but once I was seen the nurse and the doctor were very friendly prompt and knowledgeable the wait time is why I didn't give it a five-star
Dr. Matthew C Upshaw, DO and his MA are a true asset to Kaiser Permanente!
Everyone was very caring, professional and helpful. I felt very well cared for and I had put my health in very good hands.
