I had a very impersonal visit. The representatives are rude and unprofessional. I waited months for an appointment that had to be reschedule due to poor planning. I was in pain but it didn’t matter. When I finally got seen, it he doctor was so impersonal that he kept brushing off my concerns. And gave me a very general answer, which was that my pain was normal. And kept referring to a common wrist pain when my problem was my thumb. I look forward to transferring our insurance for better services overall.
The call line was extremely unprofessional. Please do better.
