Two experiences here with one with my daughter and one with myself. Both times wait time was super quick. I went here after I was bit in the face back in November by a dog and my lip was torn apart. The staff were very understanding even though I was really shaken up. They even called the plastic surgeon who was able to repair my lip, and was in and out within about an hour or so. For an ER the staff were way more understanding than other ERs I’ve been to, would recommend.

Dr's and nursing staff are awesome. I've been going there often for the same reason chest and stomach issues and they always take good care of me. Give me the best medical treatment. They don't question me you're here again? And I am a frequent flyer seen in the Kaiser ER. THANK YOU to a wonderful Staff. However there is a couple of Doctors and nursing staff that are not compassionate. Especially the traveling ones that comes from outer state. No Ohana

Hawaii people are known to be caring and very humane and that plays out at Kaiser. Anybody can have a bad day, we have all met a stressed out person here or there, but 99% of the time I have been deeply gratified by the care I have received as a Kaiser member at this facility. And I consider myself very lucky to have these professionals available to me as I age in place here in Honolulu.

Terrible experience all around. Misdiagnosed, treated poorly, incorrectly billed Tricare with wrong code so I had to pay Tricare $350.00 out of pocket. My recommendation is go to Pali Momi Medical Center or another ER in the area. This place looks like prison and treats patients terribly. Not military friendly.
