Christina - Nurse and Dr. Lopez were both amazing. Made me feel very welcome ( as did the receptionist - sorry I didn’t get her name!). Both made me feel important. Due to changes of insurance, my one and only visit with Dr. Lopez was in 2017, but when she walked in the room she made me feel that she remembered me and that she was happy to see me again and back with Kaiser. Dr. Chun was wonderful! It was our first time seeing him. He listened attentively and took his time out to explain follow up information and answer questions. He was very caring and assured my son who was a little nervous about the flu shot. Thank you Dr.Chun!

I came in originally just to talk with Dr. Zafary-Daftary about possible endometriosis and some ongoing IVF concerns. I honestly wasn’t expecting to have anything done that day, so I was surprised by how much care and attention I received. From the moment I checked in, Nurse Luz Martinez made me feel comfortable.
