I am very disappointed with my experience at this office. The process felt inefficient and unnecessarily time-consuming. I was asked to come in twice for a procedure that took approximately 10 minutes and could have reasonably been completed in one visit, resulting in an additional copayment. I was also initially told that a referral was not required, only to later find out that it was necessary. I then had to call again and schedule another appointment just to obtain the referral. I had a wonderful experience during my first visit to Kaiser last Friday. The nurse, Mona, was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful right from the start, which immediately put me at ease. Dr Jessie Roraldo was remarkably efficient and thorough, addressing all of my concerns quickly without ever making me feel rushed.
My overall visit at Kaiser Permanente in Mission Hills went as planned. Everyone there was very polite and professional. My Doctor was extremely knowledgeable and provided valuable information about my health issue, along with suggested next steps in the process.
