Poor service VERY POOR AND BAD SERVICE
Horrible experience with Kaiser after getting injured in Palm Desert.
They let my providers put a block on my phone number. I've had one person good at member services her name was Alice I don't know anybody else that knows what they're doing there. Alice alone if she pulled off what she was going to do she can have a big star rating but the rest of them they don't do anything and besides member services their pharmacies terrible. Went to the Palm Desert member services on a Friday before noon. The place is closed (even though their website says they're open), and there's a sign right inside the locked glass door that says that they're closed because of social distancing and to call a toll free phone number. Really?? We have tried to call their phone numbers, and they're useless. We went there with important documents for insurance coverage proof and now will have to fax many pages to them. By far the worst customer service. I needed my FMLA filled out by Kaiser to help my husband with his medical treatment for my employer. We emailed it to Kaiser the first week of December & were told it would take 10 to 15 days. We called a couple of times & were told again it would take 10-15 days. It is now past 15 days, so we called today & the Kaiser employee confirmed it was received on Dec. 8th, but it was never completed & was told by the Kaiser employee said she would look into it.
