Emergency is a joke the nurses don't put orders fast after 2 hours I went to check what happened with my test that when the nurse ask my nurse pt# and that when she picked up order sitting on the desk and had my test done and she disappeared and left the rest on her desk I know hospital have staffing problems but come on it could be better
Worst ER that’s my third time coming for the same problem with note from the doctor that I need to go right away to see what’s going on with me, nothing happened wait time 3 to 4 hours lot of people almost 9 people in front of me on top of that when I checked in the lady did a mistake and checked me in Santa Clara ER so all the people came after me went ahead of me so I left home! if you can change ur insurance highly recommended!!!!! Unfortunately, I've had to visit KP Redwood City a few times recently...for different issues, all with great experiences, but this one was the best! As with any Emergency Department, they can be overwhelmed by patient volume and departmental constraints. The staff evaluate patients based on medical need and prioritize accordingly. RWC KP does a great job with triage and does so with a smile. I went in for high blood pressure and because of Dr. Letsinger's skill set he literally saved my life! I had to take family member the other week and couldn't of had a better experience considering situation, every person I had contact with couldn't of been nicer including security at door, hopefully won't need to use again but I would go happily
