Very kind people
The system is very bureaucratic. The administrative staff are the worst-management is not attentiveness to details, with no attempts I can see to correct for poor service rendering. We were charged twice in error. To correct it is nearly impossible- billing office is in another office and unreachable by phone. The pharmacy is disorganized with two lines with no logical explanation posted about process. How they got 5 stars on Medicare 's website is a mystery to me.
