I was given no info on how long UC wait was on check in. All seemed quiet so I just sat down as requested. After an hour and a half, folks started starting at that incredibly stupid display that gives names a wait times. Folks were told over and over that this means nothing. I wrote a scathing letter about this subject years ago yet it still continues. The wait was 3HOURS. NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING. I finally went to urgent care after being sick for five days, convinced I only had the flu and you just wait that out. The biggest concern was my fever fluctuations from 102.1 to 105.3 in a tee-shirt and shorts. We got there at six pm but was seen in 40 minutes, wow that was quick! The nurse was gentle and friendly. The doctor was concerned and caring.
