Good doctors and care. Convenient location. Plenty of parking. The place is too big and impersonal. Kind of feel like a number. Hate that you have to drive to Seattle or Bellevue to see most specialist! Should NOT have to drive that far. Pick a number and wait, and wait for pharmacy, x-ray and lab. Some days it is fast and some days it takes a long time. Reminds me of hurry up and wait in the military. Not a huge fan of how jumbled up things get here, and if you feel sick but they can't diagnose you with anything, it really feels like they just guess what might help and send you on your way. However, I really like how they handle vaccinations. I asked for one of the nurses to come in and hold my hand while I was being vaccinated, and she happily obliged and even instigated a group hug with my Mom and the doctor when it was all over.
