Kaiser is a great place if you are never in pain. But if you are like me and have chronic back and neck pain they are horrible letting patients suffer. Ready to end my life as it would be better than being in pain for the rest of my life. It was under control now they say just suffer.

The doctors and nurses are great, but the system has flaws. I couldn’t get a straight answer to a basic question through the message portal. This resulted in two office visits and two co-pays when it could have been handled in one. All because of vague voicemails and emails. Now I know. Never ask a question through the message center. It’s a futile effort to get direction.
