Chest xray for 3.5 hours? Really. Poor service.
Today while I sat for over an hour due to a pharmacy mistake, waiting for my RX, I watched the entire staff of 10+ employees out front palling around the full hour+ within 2-3 feet of one another, at NO TIME did they practice social distancing. and the health care professionals wonder why they get COVID? They are not behaving like it matters to them, several lowered or removed masks up close and personal many times. RecommendedThe worst pharmacy I went to. I have been waiting for an hour and nobody care The whole hour did not give me my medicine and they told me in the beginning it will take a 15-20 minute wait then after an hour they called my name and said sorry we can’t give you the medicine and they canceled my medicine.
We checked in before 10 and it is now 2:00 and we are still waiting to be called. Folks have come in after us and have already been seen and gone!!! Never again will we come back here!!
Urgent care - 5.5 hours later and still waiting. There is nothing Urgent about this place. ER is faster, so go there ! This place is a joke !
I just had to walk out of the Urgent Care. I am sick and the nurse who gave me my vital signs was mean and rude. I've never had an experience like this before with Kaiser. She told me to sit down in the waiting room and I'd be called back in about an hour and I was crying so I am just going home. sick as a dog.
