Dr. Pasetti and his assistant Gale made me feel welcome and made me feel like I mattered. All of my questions were answered. I hope they know how big of a difference their kindness makes.
I have mixed feelings about some of Kaiser Permanente’s locations, mostly related to availability and time it takes to get appointments etc. Usually the care itself is good. Kaiser at this particular location (Keizer Station) feels like a different organization. It is always great, the staff is always quite friendly. Wait times are very short, even with the pharmacy…compared to other area offices with the exception of West Salem which also has similar short times. Now for my main reason for this review.
