I was seen on 8/29 for a severe ankle issue I have been having for a few years, that in the recent months has worsened severally. After spending well over 2 hours waiting and getting my X-ray I was seen by lucinda molnar P.A. - he could not have been more disconnected from my issue. He went over the X-ray which showed no bone damage, but he failed to discuss any potential joint/ligament or tendon issues. My right ankle is CLEARLY swollen, beyond the norm. There was not a lot of people in the lobby so I was seen very fast but I know that that's not a testament to the quality of service I receive here. Staff has been incredible and I feel confident I'm going to get the help I need.
Used to have food options, now they have a coffee shop with sub par cookies. Bring back the cafeteria.
Staff was ready on time, had my information at their fingertips, were knowledgeable, social (this is no small thing, as doctors spend so much time learning things they are often poor with actual people). I had questions, even doubts, and all of that was addressed and I was left feeling confident.
