I appreciate the care and detail as well as compassion Dr Sanchez always gives.
My care team was helpful and informed me what to expect during my visit. Dr. Phillips was of course exceptional, took his time to hear my concerns, explained the rational of what I was going through, and showed empathy. My nurse Monica and her team was such a delight, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout my visit. The Romaine office without a doubt does everything they can do to make my visit, and I hope it speaks to every patient, what I experience every time I visit my doctor's office. Kudos KP!

I’m satisfied with this particular Kaiser location (Romaine). It’s always adequately staffed and the environment is usually warm and welcoming. A special thanks to the phlebotomist, Rita, who went above and beyond with conversation and humor, which helped to enhance my overall experience.
