Super nice people, staff and Doctor are great. Also, the Doctor's Nike shoe game is strong! They were very patient and helpful dealing with my 91 year old dad.
Professional, friendly staff, very helpful with ear piece issues - fixed on the premise. Melissa was very attentive and knowledgeable with my hearing problems, going over key points on a printout for me to look over. Highly recommended.
First saw Dr. Crouch 15 years ago at SSF Kaiser and now see him at Kaiser Hearing in Daly City. Very professional, easy to speak to and knowledgeable. Dr. Webb is also one of the best Audiologists I've met over the years. Always available to answer questions, solve issues and work with you with a smile. She and Dr. Crouch are the two reasons I will always come back to KHC in DC.
We had appointments twice and had to wait both times — the second time for 25 minutes. The testing room is always uncomfortably hot. Do not recommend.
