It was difficult to receive any help from other Kaiser Audiology departments. I was very pleased to find this facility. Appointments were available immediately. Staff was accomodating and provided an immediate fix to my problem. They were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely return even though it was a distance from my home. Thank you!
I highly recommend the Kaiser Permanente Daly City Hearing Center. Veronica and Mindy were quick to help me with my hearing aids, and whenever I had concerns, I truly felt heard (no pun intended). I had just started a new job when my hearing aid stopped working, and they were so empathetic about my situation. They worked hard to make sure I had a replacement ordered as quickly as possible. Their kindness, responsiveness, and advocacy made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you Mindy and Veronica, you ladies rock!!!!
Dr. Matthew Pascua relieved me from a lot of stress. I was very impressed with his experience with the technology involved. His calm and professional personality is an asset to Kaiser Permanente and I would recommend him to anyone with hearing loss. The receptionist Alyssa at the desk was so helpful as well. Thank you Kaiser for your service.
Super nice people, staff and Doctor are great. Also, the Doctor's Nike shoe game is strong! They were very patient and helpful dealing with my 91 year old dad.
