On most visits my experience has been very good, however on my last visit on June 10th it was not so good. The apt was a reschedule from May 31st as the hygienist called in sick and by the time I got a call I was already at work. So on June 10th I arrived I was taken into the Xray by a young lady of whom I did not get a name but she had blonde hair and dark rimmed glasses, she shared some things that I would have not preferred to hear. Dr. Ferek is amazing and goes above and beyond, he really cares about patients and takes his time to help you and I highly recommend him. Dr. Leinassar is also very professional and wonderful and I recommend him as well. However never leave any kind of message with Rebecca because she will relay the message completely wrong, or not at all. She has her own agenda and will give the msg to your dentist that she sees fit even if that means saying something completely different and not even close to what you said at all.
