Mary at the front office was very rude, she made me feel very uncomfortable and was the opposite of understanding, the dental team here is great but they’re really lacking in the front office
This is the worst dental care I have ever received in my life. I will be dropping Kaiser as soon as I am able to. I plan to file a grievance with my union (SEIU) as well, and I am looking into legal action at this point. I had already spent thousands and thousands of dollars in dental care. I went in for a dental visit to have a crown put on my tooth. At that point I did not need a root canal. At my visit for the crown, within 24 hours my crown fell off. Was nervous about root canal. Had all questions expertly answered. No pain, no numb tongue or lips, and best of all I’ll not need a crown
I was seen my doctor Heward. Doctor Hewitt was extremely thorough and explained everything to me, giving me confidence in her expertise and her ability to handle my health responsibly. Rachel, her assistant is a delightful person and a really good addition to Kaiser‘s Endo team. She’s a keeper. Kaiser‘s the lucky one. I guess I could say, the two of them make a great team!
