I had a very frustrating experience with this office. I talked to the benefits coordinator to try to find out the cost of an emergency exam and the X-rays needed to evaluate a cracked tooth. I fully understood that they couldn't provide the cost of any treatment until the dentist examined the tooth. I was asking for the price of the initial visit and diagnostic X-rays so I could determine whether my elderly parent could afford to be seen. Every single interaction with Kaiser staff was excellent, from check-in (offering me comforts like chapstick), to hygentist having excellent vibes and conversation, to dentist explaining procedure. I changed my home location to this one because I felt very cared for. Thank you!
