My bad experience with my son appointment yesterday , my son, had a dental appointment at Glisan Office with Dr. Boydston. His appointment was scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Upon arriving at the office, we were greeted and escorted to the examination room by a nurse. After the nurse finished her part, a person came to the room. She looked upset and took a few moments to put on her gown and gloves. She introduced herself and asked me if I had any questions. The dental hygienist/nurse and doctor were both AMAZING. I get so nervous about going to the dentist but they quickly made me comfortable and not anxious. I had an urgent tooth extraction and they handled it quickly and did an incredible job. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Mary at the front office was very rude, she made me feel very uncomfortable and was the opposite of understanding, the dental team here is great but they’re really lacking in the front office
This is the worst dental care I have ever received in my life. I will be dropping Kaiser as soon as I am able to. I plan to file a grievance with my union (SEIU) as well, and I am looking into legal action at this point. I had already spent thousands and thousands of dollars in dental care. I went in for a dental visit to have a crown put on my tooth. At that point I did not need a root canal. At my visit for the crown, within 24 hours my crown fell off.
