Kaiser Permanente is a complete joke! Dr Uhng-Choon Shim is an incompetent physician! She didn’t even have the decency to call my father to tell him he was diagnosed with cancer after struggling for 3 years to even get this diagnosis through Kaiser Permanente. He found out by reading it on his online chart. I’m appalled and disgusted by Dr. Shim. My father has been in pain. She has always been dismissive and uncaring of his concerns.
