Kaiser Gardena is great medical center close to me. Medical professionals are comforting and friendly. Plenty of parking.
I had an appointment for the COVID-19 vaccination, and I knew the vaccinations were upstairs, so I went upstairs. They told me they couldn't help me because I needed to check in before they could vaccinate me. When I went downstairs to check in, there was a long line, so I tried to check in with the kiosk. The kiosk said that I couldn't check in through it for my vaccination, so I had to wait in a long line to check in. I had my annual physical today with Kaiser. I know they used to get a bad rap, but my experiences have always been a good experience. Today's visit was quick, easy, and thorough. I got everything done in one visit and one place. They also have become a great resource for preventative services such as mental health, chiropractic, and even quitting smoking. I am really happy with their care.
