Kristine at the LAB was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind and made me feel very comfortable as I get anxious while drawing blood. I hope to see her again. Dr Young Lee was also very helpful and kind. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions I had. Overall a very great experience here today. Thank you
Zero stars! It's probably the worst experience at this facility I've had. I waited two hours to get one vile of blood drawn. Checked it at 8:40 AM and when the board said it was only 1 to 5 minute wait it was not accurate. I had to wait at least another 30 minutes. It's ridiculous terrible horrible customer service.
Wow! As a new patient I was given 1st class service.
