Doctor Bich-Van Thi Tran, Women's Health Center/ Ob-gyn dept, was the most caring and supportive doctor ever. She shows interest and compassion with her patients. She loves what she does and it shows. She genuinely took the best care of me and reassured my mother that I was in good hands before and after my surgery. I would most certainly recommend others to this Doctor.
I was seen quickly at the Garden Grove Kaiser Urgent Care and Dr. Andrew James Le was very thorough. The nurse was upbeat and friendly also!
Never in my life have I’ve been turned away or heard of someone being turned away and denied care. My wife stepped on glass and it penetrated through her foot. We looked up the nearest urgent care to clean it up and assess if antibiotics were needed. We were turned away at reception for “not being members” what does it even mean to me a member at an urgent care? I plead If they can ask if a provider can see my wife and the lady at reception said “no i already knows how it works” absolutely disgusting, I’ve never seen anythin... read more
