Checked in quickly at reception. Got seen quickly by the MA and Physician and had a pretty good experience overall as a walk in. Had some hiccups with the insurance and picking up a prescription and Anjanette at the reception desk was extremely helpful in helping me navigate the issue and ultimately found a solution.

Have been a long time kaiser patient. Dont use it often as I remain fairly healthy. However Kaiser GG has become increasingly worse over the last 5 or so years. From the difficulty of getting an actual appointment to the extended wait times to see Dr when having appt, to the lack of parking. Have waited for 2 hours to see a Dr for an appointment that was made by them. How do you tell someone to come in, take a half day off work and then make them late because you cant plan accordingly.
