Terrible service for drawing my blood—taking over an hour just to collect a single blood sample is ridiculous.
I lucked out in finding parking quickly. It was my first time at this Kaiser facility, and parking at some others can be an adventure. Once inside, the reception staff, my nurse and internal medicine doctor were knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.
