Medical offices and parking are not designed for handicap or elderly patients. It's disappointing that so much money was poured into this with little thought about those who will need to use it.
They need to put in a cafeteria or bring back that guy that had a coffee stand at the original building.
I had two appointments back to back for optometry photos (3 floor). I waited for an hour+ and a doctor passed by and asked me what I was waiting for, because he seen me waiting for awhile. I told him and he said he's the only Doctor there and to asked someone why it's taking long to see me. I finally seen some medical staff walk by gave them my name and when they came back. She asked me what I was there for? I told her to look at her computer I have 2 appointments. What a joke for me to tell the medical staff what I'm there ... read more
