I had two appointments back to back for optometry photos (3 floor). I waited for an hour+ and a doctor passed by and asked me what I was waiting for, because he seen me waiting for awhile. I told him and he said he's the only Doctor there and to asked someone why it's taking long to see me. I finally seen some medical staff walk by gave them my name and when they came back. On 04/22/2026 at 11:30am i reported to the security MARCOS was his name about my vehicle being hit in the parking lot. i gave him a full description of the area. The full description of my vehicle with the license plates number and the time I was there. I go back the next day and I ask him if he seen anything on the cameras . He said he forgot where it happened and forgot the description of my vehicle.... SMH . Security at Kaiser is a joke . Fresno st & Alluvial location and the new location orchard on first st..... First time coming into the new facility. Everyone was helpful & was able to get everything taken care of.
It is very difficult to get care when needed. There is always a long wait. There is no urgent care and the doctors appear to be overwhelmed because it takes days, or weeks to get treatment. This is very frustrating. Last time I was tired of waiting for responses to my evisit and paid out of pocket to receive treatment the same day from an online provider. It took 2 weeks to receive the same treatment from the Kaiser provider.There is no availability to schedule vaccines. My surgery was forgotten for months and I don’t trust ... read more
Please open more handicap parking closer to the entrance. I see people struggling to get to the entrance including me. Joan S
