Checked in on time. Went to the Head & Neck waiting room. 5 minutes past my appt, not a big deal. 10 minutes past my appt, no word from anyone. It’s now over 30 minutes past my appointment. I had to ring the doorbell twice before anyone would come help me. When they did, she said I’m sorry I believe your practitioner is running behind. I’ll have her medical assistant come talk to you. Kaiser Permanente Franklin Medical Center is a convenient medical center with a professional and organized feel. The facility was clean, and the staff I interacted with were generally polite and helpful. The visit went okay overall, though like many medical offices, wait times and communication can sometimes vary. It’s a practical location for appointments and routine care, but there is still some room for improvement in speed and coordination. Overall, a decent medical center experience.
