As I was experiencing true tachycardia (they called it anxiety for 4 years even though I have a cardiologist and several diagnosis... then a staff member I wasn't talking to at all gladly told me I can go to a different hospital because I asked the blood lady how transfers work or how will my hospital I couldn't get to at the time too far know what's going on and out of no where this staff member proceeded to give me attitude she then eggs me on being as disrespectful as she could and tried to then have 7 other members try t... read more
Our visit at Kaiser for my nephew’s surgery was amazingly pleasant. The whole staff was great from the minute we checked in his admitting nurse “LISA” was exceptional not only was she nice she was caring and very informative she answered all our questions and concerns. I love the treatment she gave us .Kaiser Fontana
Lung cancer surgery; everyone Ii came in contact with was very professional and friendly. They even interact with each other as if they were good friends friends
