Labor and delivery the lady that perform delivering baby is arrogant she’s not a doctor but a midwife something like that! She knows what she is doing but seemed to be impolite when responding to family members question and rude! Kaiser have good staff but they are arrogant people and not humble.
Excellent experience , very friendly, professional and helpful attendant and I was taken right in, no wait time. ;)
If I could give 0 stars, I would. My wife was taken by ambulance after fainting and being unable to walk. The paramedics brought her to Kaiser since it was the closest hospital. We are not members, and I understand Kaiser prioritizes its members, but that should never be an excuse for providing poor or dismissive care. From the moment we arrived, my wife was treated as if she wasn’t important.
