Please hurry up and bring a deal to the table with your Kaiser Nurses, these travel nurses are literally working my nerves. Kaiser Nurses are trained with very high expectation. They bring their hospital skills from other hospitals they've worked at which is not equivalent to Kaiser. They need to Stop, Listen, may they can learn to get a better understanding of what the patient needs are. They half-listen to your birth plan. Birth plan states delayed cord clamping, and to keep the cord to be made into a supplement. They clamped it immediately and disposed of it. They did not put neomycin on the eyes as instructed, but a nurse put it on record that she did apply ointment. It’s considered medical malpractice to record a procedure that was not done. The Emergency Wait Room is horrible. I’ve brought myself and my daughter a few times. We’ve been waiting for 2 hours. My 16 month old daughter has been vomiting. With small traces of blood now… yet they won’t hurry the process. Will be switching her hospitals.
