I'm 100 % satisfied with Kaiser Permanente. The service was great as usual. JALI at the Lab Department is very nice. He speaks with respect to people and performs his job caring about patients feelings. Marie K.
Dr Okocha was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire procedure(Pap Smear). Arminda, her nurse assistant was very kind and attending. Overall I felt very comfortable. A very pleasant experience!
I was received for Lab Services by Mr. Jali who exhibited exceptional customer service skills and made me feel very comfortable as I was having my blood sample taken. He is a great professional!!!
