Karen Hilger is very amiable person. She is very knowledgeable in her field of expertise, that of a nutritionist. I asked her if chia seeds is good for me. Yes, she said. Its rich in omega 3 and high in fiber. I needed that assurance from her about chia seeds. I also asked her about my falling hair. She said my falling hair is due to not eating enough. We brought in our daughter for a visit and Dr. iskander, RN Nana Poku and all the staff were so friendly, professional and welcoming. Our baby girl was so at ease and interacted well with all of them. All our answers were answered and addressed!
