I was being seen today for a CPAP Follow-up and was blessed to see Jessica , who was the tech assigned to this visit. She was outstanding! She answered a lot of my questions without me ever having to ask them! She also had a “bedside manner” that many Doctors could learn from. One of the best “patient centric” visits I’ve ever had in my 69 years. Her listening skills were finely tuned and focused in. On my needs and questions.
Excellent service and caring staff
Doctor is very caring passionate and intelligent. She made right choices and on top of knowledge on all the health issues
As much it is difficult to see my provider for an appointment in under 2-3 months when I do I cover a multitude of issues all resolved in 30 minutes with my Dr Emily Prazak. Allows me to consider the wait worth it.
