i received a unique service from the check in to the care from Dr Dote. Thanks
Kaiser Permanente sends out emails to notify me of new messages or notes from Dr but doesn't say who they are from.. I must then read all the notes from all my past appointments to find anything new. Usually unsuccessfully. I wish that they would be specific about who has added a new note or message.
New center in Everett is extremely beautiful and well laid out. Has a few little quirks that need to be ironed out but it's great. And the doctor that I had was Dr Nelson was extremely friendly and answered any and all questions that I had. I was sent to the lab and even there they were extremely friendly to get you through what needed to be done. But I would definitely recommend. The only thing that kind of makes me upset is that they have such a beautiful new center but yet they still don't have urgent Care. You have to go... read more
While it is a beautiful building, it was supposed to have a urgent care... among other stuff. Very large areas with less staff and long waits. Oh and you had to close on Saturdays now?? Not convenient for working people that only have weekends off.
