Due to poor patient communication and administrative oversight, I ended up paying my co-pay for nothing.
The Everett Kaiser clinic is brand new, has state of the art equipment, such as a scale inside the Exam table/bed. The whole clinic is very clean, runs very seamless, with very knowledgeable staff. The doctor herself, made my future appointment in the exam room when I was done. Can also do video appointments after my initial appointment. I saw a cardiologist in my appointment. this clinic is awesome! I highly recommend it to everyone. Dr. Pothen listens and gives clear advice regarding treatment options, pros and cons. Never judges. If she isn't clear about something she looks it up and we discuss. I drive an hour and a half just to see her! So grateful to have her as my primary care physician.
