I really tried to give this doctor’s office the benefit of the doubt—I’ve been taking all three of my kids here for the past two years. But every visit has been the same. Most of the nurses come off cold and snooty. Only one ever showed genuine kindness thats why im giving 2 stars. I have a child with severe autism, and instead of offering support, they look at me like it’s my fault he can’t follow directions when they check his height, weight or vital signs or needs extra help. I came in to see Dr. Fan for my badly twisted and injured ankle playing tennis. Dr. Fan's nurse and staff show empathy and compassion, even offering to wheelchair me down from the 3rd floor to xray on the 1st floor because I was in a lot of pain and could hardly walk. My interaction with Dr. Fan was excellent as well. He's a good communicator.
