From the moment I arrived Mrs. Dale extended excellent customer service and walked me through the parking situation. The provider and nurse Alice were awesome . The pharmacy there was no wait. So to sum my visit up Kudos to everyone that played a part in my career today. You all ROCK
wish I could rate lower. Came in with a respiratory infection, didn't prescribe any sort of antibiotics and when I revisited to try to get some, they told me to go to an urgent care.
I had a great Kaiser experience at the Decatur location! Everyone was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable.
