Very friendly and helpful staff and a quick process for labs, pharmacy and doctor visit
My nurse, Shareef, was exceptionally kind, friendly, and personable with me. The doctor was wonderful as well, but Shareef especially went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for.
Came here for the pharmacy and told they could make my prescription. Come back the next day and told that they can't make it. Never got a phone call or notification. Have to drive all over town trying to find an honest pharmacist who can do it. I'm new to kaiser and I've been pretty disappointed so far.
