Dr. Ma is my new primary care physician. On my first visit with him I was pleasantly surprised. He listened carefully to me and made eye contact with me the whole time I was speaking. I had three issues to address, and he tackled them all without seeming to rush. He seemed compassionate and non-judgmental.
Jesica, Meribel and Dr. Coleman were all wonderful and efficient.
Dr. Wilner and Andrew Hayden, PT, are amazing. They’re incredibly caring and thorough, and they’ve turned what could have been a difficult situation into a very positive experience with Kaiser.
Jashanpreet administered my vaccines today. He was very professional and personable. Made me feel at ease; he explained everything clearly and asked if I had any questions. Jay answered all my questions and offered great advice about caring for myself and shoulder after receiving the injections. He had a great sense of humor and when he administered the injections, I didn't feel a thing. Also, I work downtown and this was a convenient location (Downtown Kaiser) to get these vaccines.
