Katie G. was professional and kind. She answered my questions thoroughly. She shared all the information about the flu vaccine. I decided to wait a week for the Covid vaccine and she listened to my concerns and supported my decision.
Tiffany was fantastic! My entire family (2 adults, 2 kids) were in and out with both flu and Covid vaccines within 10 minutes. She was efficient, asked all the right questions, was personable and made me feel like a valued Kaiser member. Please extend my thanks to her and the staff doing intake. They made what is usually an anxiety ridden event quick, painless and simply.
Kaiser is the best!!!! Everyone is so Professional and kind. I will always be a Kaiser member. They literally saved my life in 2017.
