Awesome location, great treatment, efficient appointment scheduling and the staff provided great care. They were able to get me an appointment for PT immediately following my doctors’ visit
My experience with Kaiser and Dr Watson has been fantastic. She is kind knowledgeable educated and empathetic towards her patience. Kaiser and myself is lucky to have her have our doctor.
They’ve let several receptionists go, and my last few visits have been a nightmare — and I come once a week. On my first visit, the receptionist on Floor 3 rudely told me they couldn’t check me in and sent me to another station. The next time, I checked in on the side I was directly to on my first visit and was again rudely told I was on the wrong side- even though I was told to use this station.
