Had a terrible experience trying to get my labs done today. Had an appointment scheduled for 3:50. I get there at 3:45 and there is a sign saying they will close at 4:00. Thinking my appt will still be honored, I grab my ticket and wait 15 minutes, watching a bunch of people with no appointment get called in front of me.
